Union Bank of Nigeria Plc said it was participating in the ongoing 2012 edition of Lagos International Trade Fair to showcase its electronic product platforms and also its rebranded service delivery to its customers.
Union Bank of Nigeria Plc said it was participating in the ongoing 2012 edition of Lagos International Trade Fair to showcase its electronic product platforms and also its rebranded service delivery to its customers.
The bank in a statement explained that its integrated campaign is
intended to re-invigorate its brand , change public perception about the
bank and its services and offer proofs that it had for a century,
assisted and made dreams come through for innumerable customers, even as
it just begun.
It explained: “The bank is parading an impressive array of e-products
using Point of Sales (PoS) terminals, internal transfers -account to
account; Card transactions for bills payments and Union mobile for
commerce as well as Automated Teller Machines (ATM) services.
“Others are corporate pay, internet banking, Pay direct, Pay4me and pay
outlets for cashless transactions. Union galaxy is an e-payment
platform that has both e-payroll e-payment and collection platforms that
big, small companies and government ministries, departments and
agencies can deploy to seamlessly manage their payments.
“The distribution and service industry can also use it for bills
collection nationwide. With over 60 companies and multinationals already
on board, the bank is urging other companies to take advantage of Union
Galaxy, rated as one of the best platforms in the financial services
industry.”
In addition, the commercial bank said it would also display value
creating products and services for its numerous existing and prospective
customers, namely; Union-ever, savings/current account based products,
Union lifetime account, and Union wealth consumer credit finance loan
products at the trade fair.
